Leading a learning community that challenges students to strive for personal excellence

Dr. Amanda Conley is the principal at Middletown High School in Delaware’s Appoquinimink School District. A former High School Social Studies Teacher, Dr. Conley joined us to discuss her first year as Middletown’s principal.

Middletown’s mission is to challenge students to strive for personal excellence and to achieve distinction with a focus on fostering character and positive attitude, vision for post-secondary endeavors, and success through a rigorous curriculum.

They’ve partnered with TeachFX to help further that mission by partnering with the educators at TeachFX educators to design personalized professional development tailored to their mission and unique needs, and by providing her teachers with access to the TeachFX instructional coaching app.

Amanda was joined by Dr. David Brazer, published author, accomplished k-12 leader, and TeachFX Director of Professional Learning, Emeritus.
