Professional development that helps teachers thrive
Personalized PD that teachers love, look forward to, and learn from
TeachFX workshops model the type of engagement we want our students to experience.
Our teachers learn about classroom discourse by participating in it.
It's never sit & get.
It’s collaborative, conversational, and learner-centered. Just like the classroom cultures our teachers create.
PD that honors your teachers’ expertise

PD that’s superpowered with the
AI instructional coaching app
Teachers see how their teaching is changing
With our app, teachers engage in ongoing learning & reflection outside of the PD sessions.
Teachers gather their own instructional insights.
They reflect on the practices they’re learning in our PD — and using in their classrooms.
They see exactly how their teaching practice is changing, and
how students are engaging.

Break out of the same old PD cycles
We design PD that helps change teaching and learning, school-wide.
It’s deeply connected to each teacher’s reality in their own classrooms.
It inspires teachers to try new practices.
