Helping teachers thrive with a new way to do PD…
Support your teachers with personalized PD plus ongoing learning with our AI-powered instructional coaching app
What if you could offer PD that teachers love…
and superpower it with technology?
💙 Our PD centers the learning on the teacher and their students.
💡 We help teachers start listening to their students in new ways.
📲 We use technology to make ongoing reflection easier, yet more powerful.
Personalized PD that teachers love, look forward to, and learn from
PD that’s never sit & get
TeachFX workshops model the type of engagement we want our students to experience.
Our teachers learn about classroom discourse by participating in it.
It's never sit & get.
It’s collaborative, conversational, and learner-centered. Just like the classroom cultures our teachers create.
PD that honors your teachers’ expertise
By engaging teachers in sharing their ideas in our PD workshops, we honor the expertise in the room.
With our app, teachers can bring their own insights into what's happening in their classrooms and learn instructional strategies that fit their students’ needs.
PD that’s superpowered with the
AI instructional coaching app
Teachers see how their teaching is changing
With our app, teachers engage in ongoing learning & reflection outside of the PD sessions.
Teachers gather their own instructional insights.
They reflect on the practices they’re learning in our PD — and using in their classrooms.
They see exactly how their teaching practice is changing, and how students are engaging.
Instructional leaders see school-wide changes
See school-level data that illuminates the changes happening in your classrooms — while teachers’ class reports remain private to them.
See your school-wide changes in student talk, use of wait time, and more.
Celebrate the great things your teachers are doing and know where to focus your next PD.
PD designed and delivered by our educators
We can’t wait to meet your teachers

PD that’s effective, accessible to every teacher, and takes less time than ever possible before.
Let’s break out of the same old PD cycles
We design PD that helps change teaching and learning, school-wide.
It’s deeply connected to each teacher’s reality in their own classrooms.
It inspires teachers to try new practices.
It integrates into your instructional vision, rather than feeling like one more thing.
And…with PD + AI, it’s easy to know what’s changed.
