Alyse, an 8th grade math teacher, says TeachFX is helping her be the teacher she wants to be, to set meaningful actions to take with her teach practice, and actually see the results as they happen.

"I will be the teacher I want to be when I'm no longer a teacher and I'm truly just a facilitator of class. And I think that TeachFX is a tool that will allow me to get there more so than any other tool I've used.

"Like prior to TeachFX, I have a great class, we have a great culture in there, it's a lot of fun...But honestly, I felt a little plateaued.

"And so TeachFX has been this thing where -- suddenly I'm climbing the mountain again. And that mountain's being climbed by taking the reports and being able to make action steps from it.

"I feel like this is truly an app that allows you to set action steps that are really meaningful. And then you can easily measure.

"I will know if I'm increasing student vocab...because that vocab will be in the word cloud."
