Caleb, a teacher at Hercules Middle School in Hercules, California, has been using TeachFX for years. For him, TeachFX is a tool to help him focus in on his teaching practice. But more than that, TeachFX is a supportive team here to partner with him in his teaching journey.

"For me, TeachFX is an organization, a great group of people that are trying to help teachers better distinguish what they're using their time doing during class.

"I for one am a long-winded speaker. I tend to go on and on, and I certainly go off on those tangents as well.

"So TeachFX helps me to stay focused. It helps me see clearly which questions I'm asking or which types of questions I'm asking that gets students to talk more, to get them more interested in the subject, to get more student interaction in the conversation.

"And what I really like about TeachFX is that the crew there that is working for TeachFX, they are constantly reaching out.

"They're constantly asking if I need any help, if I have any suggestions, if there's anything they can do better. So it's almost like we're on a team together."
